Elementary School
Trinity School offers a complete Spanish program for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th Grades. The elementary school program lays the academic foundation for Middle School, so that students perform satisfactorily in their studies in 7th, 8th and 9th grades and later on, for High School which is 10th, 11th and 12th grades.
The English program offers a curriculum, especially designed for each learner, comparable to the best public and/or private U.S. schools. Our ultimate goal is to provide curriculum that is equal to, or exceeds, the United States educational standards, so that our students are prepared for admissions to the best national universities in Paraguay, universities in the U.S.A., and the rest of the world.
The Spanish and English academic programs provide numerous opportunities for developing interpersonal skills. They provide a foundation for students to accede in Middle and High Schools through excellent preparation by means of a variety of projects that are based on activities which are integrated with:
LANGUAGE ARTS - SPANISH: Integrates grammar, reading, writing, phonetics, and Spanish spelling.
GUARANÍ LANGUAGE: The fundamentals of the Guaraní language along with the traditions and the culture are taught in all grades.
LANGUAGE ARTS - ENGLISH: It includes phonics, spelling, grammar, listening, reading, writing and composition in English.
MATH: The program seeks to fulfill the students’ needs, so that they can achieve an optimum level in mathematics.
SCIENCE: All the contents integrate experiments and projects in the laboratory, enriching the classroom experience.
SOCIAL STUDIES: Most activities are developed through investigations and projects on past and current events in Latin America, and the world.
COMPUTER SCIENCE: In addition to learning the contents of the standard academic programs, according to each grade, students have access to the internet to investigate the latest trends and information in all areas of interest.
ART, MUSIC, DANCE, DRAMA: Different techniques are used in art which allow students to learn, enrich and appreciate their knowledge of art, music, dance and drama in its different aspects, and also a wide variety of activities in the art field.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION: The school offers the students the opportunity to develop their gross motor skills, physical fitness, body awareness, and self-responsibility to learn how to better their health.
